About Us

My name is Malachai Buti, and I am the owner and co-founder of Home Maintenance Services. I have lived in the Livingston, MT area for over 10 years, graduated from UMW with a bachelor’s in business, and have lived in Montana my entire life.

I have always wanted to open a business that supports the community and helps improve people’s quality of life. What better way of doing that than helping people with their biggest investment—their home.

For the past five years, I’ve worked with a company called HomeManager. During that time, it opened my eyes to the importance of preventative home maintenance and its ability to save homeowners money. My goal with Home Maintenance Services is to share the knowledge and experience I’ve gained by performing these tasks myself, helping others enjoy the same sense of pride, accomplishment, and peace of mind that comes from taking care of their home.

Trying to keep up with more than 100 home maintenance tasks every year is easier said than done—trust me! That’s why we’re here. Our goal is to provide you with a trusted, professional technician who can take those tasks off your plate, giving you more time to focus on what matters most.
