Q: Do you do repairs or any building projects?
A: We will help find someone to do anything that needs to be done around the house, but HM Services cannot do any project that requires specific licensing. E.g. plumbing, electrical, handyman, construction work, etc.
Q: What areas can you service?
A: We are only servicing within Livingston, MT and close surrounding areas currently. We hope to be able to expand that area soon.
Q: Are there any hourly charges?
A: There are no hourly charges. Only monthly costs, specific quoted jobs, and travel costs. We don’t believe hourly charges are as fair to the consumer as fixed charges.
Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: We accept calls 24/7. If we aren’t available, we will answer messages as quickly as possible. We can also do house calls outside of normal 8am-5pm schedules to cater to the homeowner’s needs.
Q: What is HomeManager?
A: HomeManager is our partner database company that stores all the important information gathered by Home Maintenance Services. It gives us the ability to track all maintenance tasks, home records, home inventory, etc., so we can give the best possible service to our customers.
